Do You Have A Team?

"Teamwork makes the dreamwork" is a familiar statement in my household. Every since I can remember, my father would always share this mantra with my family and I. As a kid I often thought it was just a saying. However, as I got older I realized that it's not only a way of life but a mindset. Have you heard of this saying before? If so, where have you heard it used before?

I believe it's not only a way of life but a mindset because I can't achieve everything on my own. In fact, when I felt like I could do it all myself I ended up feeling stressed and overwhelmed. However, when I've partnered with others I've not only been able to accomplish the task at hand but I felt less stressed.

As I've started a new business, I've learned to rely on the knowledge of others. Seeing that I am learning, it's best that I rely on my team. My team includes friends, family and etc. They help provide wisdom and insight that I might not have considered or that I've overlooked. It's made a huge difference in this new journey that I'm on. My friends, family and associates have experience in writing, fashion, marketing, make-up, photography, social media, business management and much more. In order for the dream to work, I have to rely on the wisdom, insight and experience of my team. Truly, teamwork does make the dream work. I want to encourage to consider whose on your team! Having the right people on your team can make the world of a difference in your overall success. I want to see you win with the right people on your team!
