How do I make a return?

To start a return, please submit your return request online using your email address, order number along with a detailed note.

How many days do I have to make a return?

 

You must contact us within 15 days of your registered delivery date of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition and original packaging as it was received in. 

Once your return is authorized, we will send you shipping instructions. We'll issue an exchange or store credit for the unused products once we’ve received them from you.

What items are returnable?

Please note that most of our shoes, shirts and handbags are available to be exchanged. The items must be unwashed and unworn with the Austin Rowe tags and seal attached along with the original packaging. All items must be returned in protective packaging to minimize damage during handling and transit. All shoes must be return in the original shoe package and in protective packaging to minimize damage during handing and transit.

All damaged returns, unfortunately will not be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the party returning the items and they are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. Thus, we strongly recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Unfortunately, if the item is marked SALE or FINAL SALE it cannot be returned. Below is a list of items that are excluded from being returned. They are final sale and are not able to be returned.

  • Shipping Fees
  • Items with scents, deodorant and signs of wear and tear
  • Worn Items
  • Hats
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry
  • Sunglasses
  • Tattoos
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items marked sale or final sale

    Can I get my money back?

    Here at Austin Rowe, we return items via exchange or via store credit. Refunds are not available. Store credit will be issued or the item(s) exchanged for the return of an unopened product(s) in its original, sellable condition.

    Unfortunately, if the item is marked SALE or FINAL SALE it cannot be returned.

    Are there any return fees?

    Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the party returning the items and they are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. Thus, we strongly recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

    If you receive a package that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date of your package. We can be reached via email at info@atxrowe.com or via the Contact Us page. We will replace damaged products free of charge when you send photos with details and once an investigation or claim has been filed.

     

    How soon will I receive my store credit?

    Once we have received, processed and approved your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
