Shipping Policy


Austin Rowe is a small owned and operated business. We strive to process our orders as quickly as possible. We are a small human team working with to package each order with our human hands! ☺️ Thanks in advance for your patience.

Our orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. If you’ve purchased a pre-ordered an item, your order might take a little longer to ship.

If you purchased a gift for someone, we would be more than happy to personalize the gift with a note for your recipient. Simply create a note in the additional order notes section.

 

Shipping Within The US:

We ship via USPS and UPS (standard shipping), which takes 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Sometimes it may take up to 7 business days due to the staffing of the carrier, COVID-19, and the weather. Two Day shipping may take up to 2-3 business days and Next Day shipping may take up to 1-2 business days.  Thanks in advance for your patience!

For orders under $50: $4.50 via USPS flat for standard shipping & handling fee

For orders under $50: $7.50 via UPS flat for standard shipping & handling fee

For orders over $50: FREE standard shipping using code FREESHIP. We use USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on whichever is more economical. 

Two Day via UPS: $25 flat shipping & handling fee

Next Day via UPS for any order: $45 flat shipping & handling fee

Note: We do not ship to forwarding centers and warehouses unless your identity is confirmed and verified.  

If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO standard delivery ONLY is available. Packages are sent via United States Postal Services and usually arrives within 5-9 business days from the date shipped (excluding holidays or weather related issues).

 

LOST & DAMAGED PACKAGES

If you receive a package that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date of your package. We can be reached via email at info@atxrowe.com or via the Contact Us page. We will replace damaged products free of charge when you send photos with details and once an investigation or claim has been filed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped from our site. If you believe that your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local shipping carrier. We are not responsible for the loss of items that occurs after delivery by the carrier to you (i.e. lobby or porch theft). If you are uncertain that your package will be safe, please request "signature required" in your order notes. We are also not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to addresses entered incorrectly. Please be sure to check your address, as well as your order confirmation sent via email to make sure your address is entered correctly.

Earrings and Accessories: Due to the inherent qualities of our earrings and accessories, care must be taken when using our accessories. Many of them are fragile and can break if dropped or struck against a hard surface. Store credit or replacements will not be issued for accessories that are broken by consumer misuse. Should earrings and/or accessories arrive broken, please notify us as soon as possible with photos and details so that we may submit a claim with our shipping carrier.
